For a no obligation quotation please email or telephone us via our contacts page.  You can hire as many or as few items as you like.  If you are happy with the quotation, we will make a provisional booking for you.  We will then hold the date whilst we send you a few samples of chair covers and sashes for you to approve.  You then need to send the samples back to us as soon as possible indicating your choice of chair cover and sash(es).  When you have approved the samples we will ask you to pay 50% of the total cost to confirm your booking, the end balance is due 1 month before your event date.

In addition to the basic hire cost per cover and sash, we also ask you to pay a refundable deposit of £50 in case of any permanent damage i.e.rips or tears to the covers. This will be fully returned to you immediately after we arrange collection of the covers, and the stock has been checked.
